Lead HR operations and teams to deliver professional HR support, implement organizational strategy, and ensure all HR programs and services support the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Service Delivery

• Manage HR operations, teams and service delivery.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities and HR processes.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and service standards.

Strategy & Programs

• Support implementation of HR strategy and programs.
• Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable requirements.
• Maintain strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
• Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
• Experience working within large and complex organizations.
• Professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Qatar/GCC experience is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Arabic language capability is advantageous.
