Role Overview

HR Lead at Burjline Builders. This role requires 7+ years' experience and is responsible for coordinating HR team activities and work assignments, providing professional guidance, and ensuring the effective delivery of HR operational and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Team Management

• Coordinate day-to-day HR activities and team deliverables.
• Monitor work progress, quality and performance.
• Provide guidance to HR team members and stakeholders.

Policy & Initiatives

• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives.

Projects & Delivery

• Coordinate HR projects and ensure timely delivery.

Reporting

• Prepare reports and provide updates to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years' experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
• Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
• Experience working within large and complex organizations.
• Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Qatar/GCC experience is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Arabic language capability is advantageous.
