Role Overview

HR Generalist at Nasoft supporting a leading e-commerce brand in Kuwait. The role focuses on recruitment, payroll, employee disciplinary actions, and HR reporting with day-to-day HR operations support.

Role Purpose

Support core HR operations with emphasis on end-to-end recruitment, accurate payroll processing, employee record management, disciplinary case documentation, and provision of HR insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, selection, and onboarding.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Handle monthly payroll processing and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee-related data.
  • Manage and document employee disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Records & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare regular HR reports and provide accurate employee data and insights to management.

Employee Relations & Policy Implementation

  • Support employees with HR-related inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar HR roles.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, social insurance regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience in Kuwait or the GCC is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of employee disciplinary procedures and HR policies.
  • Strong experience in preparing HR reports and maintaining employee records.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Additional Information

  • Working Model: On-site in Kuwait.
  • Working Days: 6 days per week.
