The position combines day-to-day HR administration with active sourcing and recruitment of real estate professionals to support continued business expansion and workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source qualified real estate professionals for open opportunities.
• Identify, attract and engage experienced real estate agents.
• Screen and interview candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Attract high-performing real estate talent, including real estate agents and sales professionals.

HR Operations

• Operate the day-to-day HR administration functions.
• Support the company's ongoing growth and workforce requirements through effective hiring activity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Experience identifying, attracting and engaging experienced real estate agents.
• Clear understanding of the UAE real estate market.
• Experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals is preferable.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Arabic and any other language is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of recruitment databases or ATS systems.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf, or similar platforms.
