HR Coordinator

Role Overview

HR Coordinator at Marsh, located in Dubai. This is a full-time position for UAE Nationals only, supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across Marsh UAE.

Role Purpose

Support HR Managers in delivering day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across Marsh UAE. Ensure smooth, efficient HR service delivery through administration, record-keeping, onboarding and offboarding, reporting, and responsive employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Support HR Managers with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in line with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Prepare and update HR documents, letters, forms, and reports as required.
• Track HR actions, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding/Offboarding

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Support employee lifecycle activities such as contract changes, personal data updates, internal transfers, and probation tracking.
• Coordinate with Payroll, IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth employee experience and timely handovers.

Employee Support & Communication

• Respond to employee queries and direct requests to the appropriate HR contact or escalate where needed.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and employee communications.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Support compliance with UAE labor law, internal HR policies, and audit requirements.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Entry-level to early-career candidate; recent graduates with HR internships or related exposure encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in professional services or a client-facing HR environment (nice to have)
• Experience or exposure to onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, or employee relations (nice to have)
• Familiarity with UAE labor law and local HR compliance requirements (nice to have)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities, follow established processes, and work collaboratively across teams

Additional Information

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Model: Hybrid. All colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
