Role Purpose
The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in ensuring the smooth operation of the housekeeping department while overseeing team development to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Standards
- Assign the team's daily duties.
- Inspect work for adherence to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
Team Development
- Oversee the development of your team to ensure delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least five years' experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
- Effective supervisory skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Eye for detail.
