Role Purpose

To gain hands-on exposure to daily housekeeping operations while supporting the team in maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards. This role provides practical experience in hotel operations and the opportunity to learn how housekeeping contributes to creating comfortable and welcoming guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Room Preparation and Standards

• Support the team with daily housekeeping activities across guest rooms and public areas.
• Learn room preparation, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Discover the art of room presentation and the importance of attention to detail in creating a comfortable guest experience.

Supplies and Organization

• Learn about linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies management.
• Help maintain organized storage areas.
• Understand inventory and supply systems within the housekeeping department.

Guest Service and Safety

• Learn how to handle guest requests with care and professionalism.
• Gain understanding of hygiene and safety standards, hotel procedures, and guest privacy protection.
• Protect guest belongings and maintain confidentiality.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Understand how housekeeping works closely with other departments to keep the hotel running smoothly.
• Support the broader hotel operations team.

• Student or recent graduate.
