Role Purpose

To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout assigned guest rooms and hotel areas, ensuring guest satisfaction and the preservation of hotel property.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Maintenance

• Remove dirty bedding items, soiled bed linen, pillow covers, napkins, and soiled bathroom linen.
• Change soiled items with fresh bedding, bed linen, pillow covers, napkins, and other linens.
• Deep clean bathrooms.
• Clean closets and door tracks in check-out rooms, removing dust and debris.
• Dust and polish all furniture.
• Realign furniture according to the floor plan.

Property Care & Reporting

• Report unpleasant smells to team leader, including drainage, cigarette, or musty odors.
• Maintain responsibility for hotel property in the work area.
• Report damaged or missing hotel property items.
