Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Maintenance
- Clean and tidy assigned rooms to the highest standards
- Make beds, clean bathrooms, dust surfaces, and vacuum floors
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Keep guest rooms spotless and ready for occupancy
Linens and Amenities
- Replace bed linens and towels daily
- Replenish guest essentials and amenities as needed
Supply Management
- Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
- Manage supplies efficiently to support daily operations
Guest Service
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Delight guests through attentive and professional service
Waste Management
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
