Role Purpose
To ensure exceptional guest experience by maintaining established standards of cleanliness in rooms and public areas according to hotel standards, while representing the Address brand throughout the guest journey and ensuring orderliness and attractive condition of all assigned spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Delivery
- Conduct all operational tasks in Housekeeping while living up to service standards and procedures.
- Maintain established standards of cleanliness in rooms and public areas according to standards set by the hotel.
- Ensure orderliness and attractive condition of rooms, floors, lift landings, corridors and pantries.
- Execute timeliness in order taking and delivery of requests to guests.
Guest Experience & Service Recovery
- Delight guests from welcome until farewell to ensure each guest becomes a happy fan of our products.
- Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
- Go the extra mile where you can.
Communication & Collaboration
- Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the guest's interests at heart.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5-star hotel.
- At least 1 year of experience at the same level.
- Minimum qualification required is High School Diploma or Higher Secondary.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in English Language.
