Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional housekeeping operations while maintaining service standards and procedures, ensuring guest satisfaction through timely request fulfillment, proactive communication, and service recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Conduct all operational tasks in Housekeeping while living up to service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra mile where you can.
Guest Service
- Ensure timeliness in order taking and delivery of requests to guests.
- Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
Team Collaboration
- Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest's interests at heart.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5-star Hotel.
- At least 1 year of experience at the same level.
- Minimum qualification required is High School diploma or higher secondary.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in English Language.
