Role Overview

Housekeeping Ambassador II, General Housekeeping at Emaar. This role maintains exceptional cleanliness and orderliness across guest rooms and public areas while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a highly empowered service environment.

Role Purpose

Ensure flawless guest experiences by maintaining established cleanliness standards throughout the hotel, representing the brand's commitment to excellence from guest welcome through farewell, and delighting guests through proactive service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Standards

• Conduct all operational housekeeping tasks while adhering to established service standards and procedures.
• Maintain established standards of cleanliness in rooms and public areas according to hotel specifications.
• Ensure orderliness and attractive condition of rooms, floors, lift landings, corridors, and pantries.

Guest Service & Communication

• Go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
• Deliver timeliness in order taking and prompt delivery of requests to guests.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
• Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors with the guest's interests at heart.
• Represent the brand throughout the guest journey to deliver a flawless experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in similar or related fields in a 5-star hotel environment.
• At least 1 year of experience at the same level.
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or higher secondary education.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in English language.
