Shanghai Me is a sophisticated Pan-Asian dining concept blending bold flavours, contemporary design, and an energetic yet refined atmosphere. KIGO is a Japanese Omakase concept at Four Seasons Dubai, offering an intimate and elevated dining experience centred around Japanese culinary artistry and exceptional hospitality. La Plage by La Maison Ani is a chic beachfront dining destination inspired by the elegance of the French Riviera, where refined Mediterranean cuisine, relaxed luxury, and effortless hospitality come together in a vibrant coastal setting.
Role Purpose
To deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests and ensure a seamless, elevated experience from arrival through departure, while managing reservations, guest flow, and team coordination across luxury hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Welcome & Experience
- Welcome and warmly greet all guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Support the team in delivering an exceptional and personalised guest experience.
- Recognise and accommodate the preferences of regular, VIP, and high-profile guests.
Operations & Coordination
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure a seamless dining or beach club experience.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the venue, concept, menu, and daily operations.
Guest Service & Standards
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure the reception area and guest-facing spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
- Maintain impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette at all times.
Skills & Competencies
- Confident, guest-focused approach to hospitality.
- Understanding of warm welcome and elevated service delivery.
- Professional communication and discretion.
