Role Overview

Hospitality Sales Manager at Sealy Mattress Middle East, Dubai, UAE. This is a B2B commercial leadership role for an experienced, strategic, and network-driven professional to drive high-value contract placement in the hospitality and FF&E sectors across premium hotel projects.

Role Purpose

Lead B2B commercial business development to identify, secure, and expand high-value bedding contracts within the hospitality sector across Dubai and the wider Middle East, positioning Sealy as the preferred sleep-system partner for premium hotel developments and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pipeline Management

  • Identify, target, and secure premium bedding contract opportunities in new hotel developments, refurbishments, and mega-projects across Dubai and the wider Middle East.
  • Lead the end-to-end commercial bidding process, from tracking project pipelines and preparing RFPs to negotiating pricing and final contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and upcoming hospitality master plans to position Sealy competitively.

Account Management

  • Maintain and expand relationships with corporate hotel chains, hospitality procurement groups, interior designers, fit-out contractors, and developers.
  • Manage key account portfolio and drive relationship growth with hotel operators and GM-level decision-makers.

Technical Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present Sealy's technical specifications, product durability, and health and ergonomic benefits clearly to project stakeholders and engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (minimum requirement).
  • Minimum 10+ years of active experience in high-end sales targeting the hospitality ecosystem.
  • Direct experience in commercial bedding, luxury furniture, or premium building materials is highly preferred.
  • Strong, existing portfolio of active contacts among hotel operators, GM-level decision-makers, and hospitality procurement directors in the region.
  • Target nationalities: Jordanian, Lebanese, or Egyptian, due to specific market and account coverage needs.
  • Must currently reside in Dubai.

Skills & Competencies

  • Full professional fluency in English and Arabic required to manage regional portfolios effectively.
  • High-level negotiation expertise and strong commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
