Role Overview

Helper at DP World.

Role Purpose

Provide operational support to maintenance and vessel preparation teams, assisting with cradle maintenance and related duties while maintaining effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Preparation

• Assist in routine maintenance of cradles.
• Assist in preparation of cradles for different vessels.
• Ensure materials are of required standard prior to use, reporting damages when required.

Operations & Continuity

• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Work within allocated timescale to meet department targets.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Leadership & Coordination

• Maintain good working relationship with workers, appointed foreman, supervisors and management.
• Perform duties of a Foreman as required or appointed for individual projects.

Training & Development

• Attend any training for any activity required by the department.
