Key Responsibilities

Risk Management & Safety Agenda

• Drive the safety agenda using operational risk management processes, including root cause analysis and identification of influencing factors.
• Ensure proactive safety risk management by integrating risk considerations into all operational decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Prevention

• Collaborate with management teams to develop preventive measures, reduce safety incidents, and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Provide expert guidance on health and safety standards, ensuring full compliance with legislation and IKEA policies.

Operations & Culture

• Support facilities management activities to maintain business continuity and deliver excellent customer and employee experiences.
• Build a safety-conscious organizational culture through strong team leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Expert-level knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability in risk management and operational safety leadership.
