Role Overview

Head of Internal Communications at Richemont, a global leader in the luxury sector. Based in the MEIAT region, this role reports directly to the CEO Richemont MEIAT.

Role Purpose

As a pivotal strategic partner, you will define and execute the corporate communication strategy across diverse MEIAT markets and cultures. You will safeguard Richemont's corporate image, lead regional messaging, manage critical communications, and foster strategic partnerships while driving key projects and advising the regional leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communication Leadership

  • Develop and execute the regional internal communication plan, ensuring alignment across all audience touchpoints and cultural nuances.

Executive Counsel

  • Advise the CEO and ExCo on leadership communication, including speaking engagements and message cascades.

Crisis Management

  • Lead regional crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.

HR & Group Liaison

  • Oversee HR internal communications and act as the primary regional contact for Group Corporate Communications in Geneva.

Market Advisory

  • Provide expert communication advice and support to MEIAT market teams and their leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15–20 years in communications, PR, or corporate environments, preferably within luxury or multinational settings.
  • Deep understanding of the MEIAT region's cultural, political, and economic landscape.

Skills & Competencies

  • Commanding written and verbal fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Strategic acumen and leadership capability.
  • Crisis management expertise.
  • Digital proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Highly collaborative and resilient approach.
  • Innovative mindset with refined aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury brands.
