Role Overview

Head of Institutional Non-Borrowing at Bank of Jordan, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Role Purpose

Lead the institutional and corporate non-borrowing deposit business for Bank of Jordan in Saudi Arabia. Build and manage relationships with major institutional clients, develop integrated banking solutions, and drive deposit growth and business development while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow institutional and corporate non-borrowing deposits across Bank of Jordan branches in Saudi Arabia.
  • Drive business development activities, client acquisition, deposit growth, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and interest rates to maintain competitive pricing strategies.

Product Development & Solutions

  • Develop and enhance institutional banking products and solutions, including deposits, cash management, payment solutions, and digital services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and Head Office to deliver integrated banking solutions and strengthen institutional partnerships.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with public and private sector entities, major corporations, embassies, and international organizations.
  • Manage relationships with major deposit sources to support liquidity management and funding stability.
  • Represent the bank at conferences, forums, and institutional events to strengthen the bank's market presence and strategic relationships.

Operations & Performance Management

  • Lead and supervise the unit's operations, employees, performance management, and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor customer service quality, resolve client issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Central Bank regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and internal governance policies.
  • Oversee reporting, audit follow-ups, and implementation of corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences, Banking, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • At least 3–5 years in non-borrowing account management, institutional business development, or corporate banking relationship management.
  • Demonstrated experience in growing client portfolios in both the public and private sectors.

  • Good knowledge of policies and procedures governing the work and their updates (internal and external).
