Role Overview

Head of Artificial Intelligence & Data Intelligence at AHS Properties. This is an executive role driving AI and data initiatives across the organization.

Role Purpose

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions and advanced data analytics to support business strategies, optimize operations, and enhance decision-making processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Innovation

• Develop and execute the AI and data intelligence strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI and data technologies and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities to develop AI-driven solutions that support organizational objectives.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead teams of data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and deploy AI models and data solutions.
• Demonstrate ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

Data Operations & Quality

• Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, compliance with data privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices.
• Maintain data governance standards across the organization.

Adoption & Integration

• Promote the adoption of AI and analytics tools across departments to improve efficiency and innovation.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.

Stakeholder Communication

• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate complex data concepts to business audiences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field; PhD preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in AI, data science, or data engineering roles.
• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with AI frameworks and big data technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Solid understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and ethical considerations in AI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
