Role Overview

Gymshark, one of the fastest-growing and most recognisable fitness apparel and accessories brands with over 22 million highly engaged social media followers and customers in hundreds of countries, is opening its first store in Riyadh. Al Tayer Group, Dubai, UAE, is recruiting multiple positions to launch this location.

Role Purpose

These roles exist to establish and maintain Gymshark's brand presence and community experience in the Riyadh store. Team members across all positions will deliver excellent customer service, build authentic connections with visitors, and ensure the store operates with efficiency and integrity while reflecting the Gymshark aesthetic and values.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Experience

• Deliver best-in-class service and help customers shop how they want, when they want.
• Build authentic connections with visitors to the store and educate them about conditioning and product.
• Create a welcoming and positive energy for all who visit.
• Ensure every customer leaves feeling valued, confident, and excited to return.
• Represent the brand at checkout with a warm, professional approach.

Team Leadership & Operations (Team Lead & Supervisor)

• Maintain the Gymshark vibe both online and in-store.
• Manage the department team effectively.
• Control and monitor department operations, including merchandising and stock control.
• Achieve department targets.
• Lead and develop team members.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

• Bring the brand story to life through creative, impactful displays.
• Ensure every corner of the store reflects the Gymshark aesthetic.
• Design window concepts and product presentations.
• Create a memorable shopping experience through visual impact.

Transactions & Cash Desk Operations (Cashier)

• Handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain cash desk standards.
• Support customers with integrity and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school qualification or higher.
• Experience in a similar or customer-facing role.
• Experience managing, leading and developing teams (for Team Lead and Supervisory roles).
• A shared passion for community, wellness and fitness.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, high volume, agile environment.
