Role Overview

Guide Supervisor at Burjline Builders. The role involves leading and coordinating teams responsible for visitor guidance, customer assistance, crowd movement and operational support.

Role Purpose

Supervise frontline personnel and ensure visitors receive clear, professional and consistent assistance across designated operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate assigned guides and frontline personnel.
• Allocate staff across designated locations and operational areas.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational instructions.

Performance & Attendance Management

• Monitor attendance, appearance and performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.

Visitor Services & Operations

• Ensure effective visitor guidance and crowd movement.
• Resolve visitor queries and escalate operational issues where necessary.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Operations, Security, Traffic Control and HSE teams.
• Support emergency and evacuation arrangements.

Reporting

• Prepare basic shift and incident reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous supervisory experience within events, hospitality, customer service, security, facilities or large public venues.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong team-management and communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Arabic would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to manage teams in busy, high-footfall environments.
