Role Purpose

Deliver the best Rooms experience for guests through meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all guest rooms are clean and up to standard. This role anticipates, customizes, and services guest needs before being asked and maintains knowledge of hotel offerings and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning and Maintenance

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom) according to procedure.
• Perform Room Attendant duties in both occupied and check-out rooms.

Guest Service

• Provide turndown service for guests.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.

General Duties

• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Manager, or Director of Housekeeping.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.

• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
