Role Overview

Guest Relations Agent at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island. You will deliver exceptional hospitality by creating memorable guest experiences during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.

Role Purpose

Ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality. Respond to guest needs, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and maximize guest satisfaction and hotel revenue through knowledge, service, and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Arrival & Check-In

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm welcome.
• Complete the check-in process, including verifying guest details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials.
• Provide bell service assistance as needed.

Guest Departure & Check-Out

• Process guest departures by verifying charges and handling payments.
• Issue receipts and use the point-of-sale system accurately.

Guest Service & Communication

• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency.
• Manage messages and communications effectively.
• Delight guests through attentive and personalized service.

Hotel & Local Knowledge

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, and promotions.
• Provide local area information to assist with guest inquiries.

Revenue & Service Promotion

• Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and services.
• Maximize room and service revenue opportunities.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
