Role Purpose

Ensure all guests enjoy a positive and memorable experience by anticipating their needs, handling inquiries with attentiveness, and resolving issues promptly while representing the hotel and brand with professionalism and innovation.

Guest Experience & Satisfaction

• Anticipate guest needs and address inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
• Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met.
• Complete follow-up on all guest matters in a timely manner.
• Proactively suggest alternatives that meet guest needs and ensure guest delight with their experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• College degree in hotel management or related field.
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Front Office Systems.
