Role Purpose
As a GTM Manager (Account Executive), you will guide opportunities through the entire sales journeyโfrom uncovering new opportunities and shaping solutions to closing impactful deals. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams to ensure Sana's offerings address the evolving challenges of the world's leading enterprises, enabling customers to unlock new levels of performance and success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Deal Management
- Guide opportunities through the entire sales journey from discovery to close.
- Identify and engage high-potential leads with creativity and persistence throughout the outreach process.
- Shape customer solutions aligned with their business needs.
- Close impactful deals with enterprise customers.
Customer Engagement & Strategy
- Understand customer business challenges at a deep level to find the right solution.
- Connect and build relationships with C-level executives.
- Partner with customers to help them realize the transformative value Sana's products deliver.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams to ensure offerings address evolving enterprise challenges.
- Work across geographies and with global customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales in SaaS or emerging technologies and/or strategy consulting.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to assess markets and uncover high-value opportunities.
- Proven implementation skills.
- Experience connecting and building relationships with C-level executives.
