Role Purpose

The ADNOC Fresh Graduate Program develops the knowledge and expertise of trainees in business, arts, and law disciplines, with the objective of identifying top-tier candidates for permanent roles within the ADNOC Group while providing valuable real-life work experience and on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

Program Participation

• Develop skills and expertise through hands-on experience within the ADNOC Group as a trainee.
• Participate in competency assessments and performance reviews during the program period.
• Engage with ADNOC Group culture and organizational practices in preparation for potential permanent employment.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National status (mandatory).
• Recent graduate with degree in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Economics, Law, International Law, Corporate Law, Legal and Compliance, or Political Law.
• Successful completion of National Service, unless exempted by UAE law.
• Medical fitness in accordance with the work environment of the role.
• Government clearances including certificate of good conduct from Ministry of Interior.

Additional Information

• Completion of all entry assessments and interviews, including personality and ability assessments, is required.
• Successful completion of the program does not guarantee a permanent contract with ADNOC Group.
• The program provides an opportunity for transition from trainee to permanent employee for top-performing candidates identified through the selection process.
