Role Overview

Graduate Digital Solutions Specialist with AECOM's Urbanism & Planning team. The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and designed for UAE National candidates.

Role Purpose

Apply digital tools, spatial technologies, and data-driven methods to real-world urban planning and development projects, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Integration & Tools

• Support the integration of GIS, BIM, parametric modeling, and data analytics into project workflows
• Apply digital tools and spatial technologies to urban planning and development initiatives

Project Delivery & Collaboration

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop data-driven solutions for complex urban challenges
• Contribute to the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and future-focused urban planning projects

Qualifications & Experience

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with relevant educational background
• UAE National with valid family book documentation

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in digital solutions, spatial technologies, and urban planning
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, multidisciplinary team environments
