Role Purpose

To build essential experience across multiple dealership functions—showroom, call centre, finance, and sales—while developing the knowledge, skills, and customer relationships required for a successful long-term career in automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Customer Journey Training

• Gain practical experience in showroom hosting and learn how to welcome, engage, and assist customers professionally.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to develop skills in lead qualification, needs analysis, appointment booking, and follow-up.
• Understand how automotive finance options, documentation, and approvals support the customer journey.
• Learn how the call centre, showroom, finance, and sales teams work together throughout the full vehicle-purchasing process.
• Shadow experienced team members before progressing into direct vehicle sales responsibilities.

Automotive Sales

• Develop strong knowledge of Alba Cars' vehicle stock, pricing, features, and available finance options.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget.
• Support vehicle presentations, showroom appointments, test drives, and deal preparation.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up consistently on leads and enquiries to support successful conversions.
• Progress toward independently managing customers and closing vehicle sales.

Customer Engagement & Communication

• Deliver excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Communicate clearly and confidently to understand customer needs and manage expectations.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused approach at every stage.
• Accurately record customer information, activity, and follow-ups within the CRM system.

Performance, Targets & Development

• Track performance across call handling, response times, appointments, lead conversion, and sales results.
• Work toward monthly KPIs with support from managers and team leaders.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and regular feedback sessions.
• Progress through each phase of the graduate program toward becoming an independent Automotive Sales Executive at Alba Cars.

Qualifications & Experience

• Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in automotive sales.
• Basic understanding of or interest in the automotive industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Confident phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
• High energy, resilience, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in sales.
• Comfortable learning and working with CRM systems.

Additional Information

Contract & Location

• Full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE.
• Remote or hybrid work is not available.
• Candidates must reside locally or be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
• Compensation structure: Base salary plus commission.
