Role Purpose
This internship is part of the Global Markets business unit and serves as a core pipeline into the Graduate Programme the following year, which features two curated rotations across specialized career tracks. Internship roles are aligned with these tracks, offering early exposure to skills and experiences that will be further developed during the graduate journey.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Focus on strategic sales planning and consultative and solution selling.
- Provide product expertise and help leverage Mastercard integrated solutions to drive sales and revenue goals.
- Set sales strategies as they relate to products that are aligned with geographical strategy.
- Identify and close sales leads.
- Deliver market intelligence to product developers and managers to support design, development and implementation efforts.
Product Management and Solutions
- Focus on user experience, product performance and ongoing management.
- Gather and analyze customer needs and insights.
- Architect solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate, status report, manage financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
- Ensure project goals and objectives are met within agreed time, scope and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes within budget constraints.
Professional Development

Qualifications & Experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, penultimate year.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.

- Eagerness to learn quickly, both through structured training curriculum and organic development opportunities.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Additional Information
- Available to work full-time for 10-12 weeks starting June 2027.
- All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information and networks require adherence to Mastercard's security policies and practices.

- Must complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
