Role Overview

General Manager – Leidos Arabia LTD is a full-time, onsite position based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role manages all business activities of Leidos Arabia LTD, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos.

Role Purpose

The General Manager leads all company operations in Saudi Arabia, including personnel management, financial management, business operations, contracting, government relations and compliance, business development, and program execution. The role reports directly to the IOS Division Manager and requires an energetic, team-oriented leader who can inspire personnel while maintaining trusted professional relationships with employees, partners, customers, and vendors in a highly diverse, multi-national setting.

Key Responsibilities

In-Kingdom Support Coordination

• Coordinate in-Kingdom functional support including human resources, accounting, tax, audit, legal, payroll, and banking services.
• Coordinate local contracting activities and vendor support.

Corporate Support Coordination

• Coordinate Leidos intercompany corporate support including Human Resources, Global Mobility, International Accounting, International Payroll, Tax, Legal, Ethics, and International Trade Compliance.

Compliance & Governance

• Coordinate legal and regulatory compliance.
• Support employee engagement, workplace relations, and ethical compliance.

Program & Operations Management

• Support program execution with focus on cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Support safety and risk management activities.
• Provide input to weekly situation reports for senior management.

Personnel Management

• Support recruiting, hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation activities.
• Manage a multi-national team of 75–100 personnel.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Support comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communications plans.

Qualifications & Experience

• U.S. citizenship required.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years of prior relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia (preferred).
• Previous country manager or deputy country manager experience (preferred).
• In-Kingdom resident with transferrable iqama (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Familiarity with international Military, Defense, and Security programs (preferred).
• Ability to speak and comprehend Arabic (preferred).

Additional Information

• Anticipated pay range: $154,050.00 – $278,475.00. This range is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
