Role Overview
GCSS Army/AWARDS Data Entry Clerk position with V2X, physically located in Kuwait.

Role Purpose
Perform complex administrative tasks in receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing Government Material and Property. Compile automated stock records, manage acquisitions, process orders, and validate contractual requirements using enterprise systems to support materiel and equipment distribution to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisitions & Compliance
- Screen and validate acquisitions throughout the entire LCV KU TO.
- Validate acquisitions' financial and contractual compliance.
- Validate and process suppliers' invoices for approval and payments.
Order & Inventory Management
- Submit customer acquisitions and track orders in Maximo, IFS, and GCSS-A system.
- Coordinate, reconcile, and expedite materiel and equipment acquisitions.
- Perform receipt transactions in Maximo, IFS, and GCSS-A system.
- Perform 3-way match, receive, segregate, and issue materiel and equipment to customers.
Shipping & Logistics
- Access DLA Logistics systems to track incoming shipments.
Reporting & Analysis
- Run daily reports in Maximo, IFS, and GCSS-A systems.
- Run the warehouses Re-order analysis report and analyze the stockage levels.
- Submit replenishment orders in Maximo and GCSS-A systems.
- Prepare, read, and analyze records and reports necessary to execute actions accordingly.
Records & Compliance
- Maintain files used and prepared in accordance with governing rules, regulations, and policies, including archiving records using GCSS-Army system.
General Duties
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of related experience; one year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
- GCSS-A Certification desired; if no certification, must successfully complete web-based or in-person training courses within 90 days of assuming the position.
- Experience in military or commercial supply management systems; GCSS-Army and DLA Program experience is preferred.
- IFS experience is desired.
- Maximo system experience is desired.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge level of automated financial and accounting systems.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Customer Service training.
- Ability to develop training materials using the latest electronic tools and deliver training to a multinational workforce with varying language skills.
Additional Information
Security Clearance
- Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Physical Requirements
- Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Visual acuity required to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work and to make general observations of facilities or structures.
Working Conditions
- Subject to extreme cold: temperatures typically below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour, with consideration to other environmental conditions such as wind and humidity.
- Subject to extreme heat: temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour, with consideration to other environmental conditions such as wind and humidity.
- Subject to hazards including proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat, and exposure to chemicals.
