Future Opportunities - Coordinator - Airport Services (DXB & DWC) UAE Nationals Only

Role Overview

Coordinator – Airport Services at flydubai, based at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), UAE. UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose

To consistently deliver high-quality service to flydubai passengers throughout check-in, boarding, special services, transfer, and arrivals, ensuring smooth and efficient passenger processing at all stages and providing assistance in overseeing ground handling.

Key Responsibilities

Check-In Operations

• Monitor the economy product on a rotating basis at Check-In, Departures, Transfer Desk or Arrivals.
• Set up check-in area and ensure correct allocation of desks, manpower and other resources for economy passengers.
• Monitor passenger flow and queue times, providing assistance and adjusting desk allocation as required.
• Ensure proper enforcement of flight opening and closure times, baggage policies, credit checks and documentation requirements.

Passenger Support & Communication

• Provide assistance and information to passengers and relevant stakeholders as necessary.
• Liaise with all stakeholders and assist passengers in case of delays or disruption.

Boarding & Embarkation

• Ensure the timely commencement and close out of boarding process to ensure on-time performance.
• Ensure safe and secure passenger embarkation and disembarkation processes and monitor turn-round handling and baggage handling activities within company and regulatory safety and security guidelines.

Transfer & Arrivals

• Assist passengers through security, immigration and transfer areas offering assistance with baggage and flight connections as required.
• Assist passenger arrivals and baggage reclaim process and offer any assistance as necessary.

Compliance & Governance

• Implement company policies, processes and procedures.
• Read and comply with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently report any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
• Complete all required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in airline operations is desirable.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Additional Information

• Salary: AED 12,000.
• Child Allowance: AED 500.
• Shift Pattern: Variable (4-On 4-Off / 5-On 2-Off).
