Role Purpose
To ensure seamless guest experiences by anticipating and addressing all guest needs, maintaining an organized and welcoming front office environment, and supporting day-to-day operations with efficiency and warm hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Support
- Anticipate all guest needs and handle all guest inquiries.
- Greet and acknowledge all guests, welcoming them in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide luggage storage service.
- Assist guests who require special attention.
- Attend to any other delivery requests from guests.
Operations & Maintenance
- Participate in the effective day-to-day operation at Front Office.
- Ensure the lobby area is always clean and tidy.
- Coordinate delivery of messages and other items to guest rooms.
- Deliver guest room amenities.
- Refill minibars.
- Complete all other shift duties as outlined on shift checklist.
Hotel Knowledge & Support
- Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel products and services, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa, and other properties.
- Assist all other areas of the hotel when required.
