Role Overview
Front Office Greeter β Resort Tower at Wynn Al Marjan Island, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, approximately 50 miles from Dubai International Airport.
Company Overview
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027. The resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. Additional amenities include multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
Role Purpose
To deliver a warm, professional first impression by greeting and assisting guests upon arrival at the Resort Tower, coordinating their seamless check-in, and maintaining Forbes Five Star service standards throughout the entrance and lobby experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Welcome & Assistance
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Escort guests to the front desk or designated check-in area and assist with luggage coordination.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
- Support VIP and special guest arrivals with personalized attention.
Information & Coordination
- Provide basic information about the resort, amenities, and services.
- Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Coordinate with bell staff, concierge, and front desk to ensure seamless guest arrivals.
Operations & Standards
- Maintain a welcoming and organized entrance and lobby area in the Resort Tower.
- Assist in managing guest flow during peak arrival times.
- Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a consistent luxury experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
- Knowledge of luxury service standards and guest etiquette.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, approachable personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
