Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to support service excellence across premium and luxury markets.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Assessment

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Deliver detailed feedback on customer experience at evaluated locations.
• Share opinions about experiences in luxury retail environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Kuwaiti national (required).
