Role Purpose

Deliver outstanding customer service and use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Maintain counter cleanliness, manage stock replenishment, handle new launches, promote products, and ensure merchandising standards while maintaining high levels of personal grooming.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Sales

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to establish strong loyalty.
• Address customer queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services.
• Communicate with customers to assess needs, provide assistance, and meet or surpass expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales while achieving line and sales targets using fragrance and product knowledge.

Sales Tracking & Reporting

• Track sell-out targets at store level.
• Generate daily sales reports.
• Track post-launch sales at store level.
• Participate in achieving incentives.

Stock & Merchandising

• Ensure merchandising levels in the store meet brand guidelines.
• Ensure in-store stock replenishment on appropriate shelves and counters at appropriate times.
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form.
• Ensure stock receipt according to set procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the beauty industry.
