Role Overview

Food & Beverage Attendant position with Hilton Makkah – Jabal Omar Hotels in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is offered through a 24-month Tourism and Hospitality Diploma program in collaboration with Makkah Private College and HRDF.

Company Overview

Hilton Makkah – Jabal Omar Hotels is partnering with Makkah Private College and HRDF to deliver a structured hospitality training and employment pathway.

Role Purpose

To prepare participants for a career as a Food & Beverage Attendant through a combination of academic learning and practical hospitality training, culminating in employment with Hilton upon successful program completion.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations

• Learn to prepare service areas and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Develop skills to take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Learn menu knowledge, service procedures and guest interaction.
• Gain practical exposure to Food & Beverage operations.

Standards & Compliance

• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Learn Hilton's standards of guest service and hospitality.

Program Commitment

• Complete the academic and practical requirements of the 24-month diploma program.
• Maintain good attendance, performance and commitment throughout the program.
• Successfully complete all required assessments and training.

Teamwork & Development

• Work closely with team members and build strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi national.
• Registered on Jadarat or the relevant program system.
• Currently not employed and not receiving a retirement pension.
• Does not hold a commercial registration.
• Not included on a restricted list.
• Meets and accepts the program's eligibility and support requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Interested in building a career in hospitality and Food & Beverage.
• Willing to learn, work with guests and be part of a team.
• Committed to completing the full 24-month program.

Additional Information

• Program duration: 24 months.
• Monthly stipend: SAR 4,000.
• Medical insurance provided throughout the program.
• Upon successful completion of the diploma and program requirements, participants will join Hilton Makkah – Jabal Omar Hotels as Food & Beverage Attendants.
