Role Purpose

To greet customers, answer questions, take orders, accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks while maintaining a clean, well-stocked workspace and dining area. The role exists to deliver warm, welcoming service that meets Holiday Inn service standards and creates memorable experiences for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Operations

• Greet customers with warm, inviting service.
• Answer guest questions and take orders.
• Accept payments from customers.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area.
• Update displays.

Knowledge & Standards

• Continuously expand knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Remain representative of Holiday Inn service standards at all times.
• Deliver service without compromise to all guests.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage Attendant role preferred.
• Alcohol awareness and handling certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law.
• Training in Food & Beverage preparations.
• High school certificate or diploma.
