Role Purpose

To provide friendly, professional, and efficient Food and Beverage service to guests while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide attentive and efficient Food and Beverage service in accordance with hotel standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Communicate guest feedback, special requests, and concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.

Menu and Orders

• Present menus, take guest orders accurately, and provide recommendations when required.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions, and available products.
• Promote menu items and support upselling opportunities.

Service Delivery

• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure correct presentation.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.

Operations and Maintenance

• Prepare tables and service areas before, during, and after operations.
• Ensure tables, equipment, and service areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational requirements as assigned.

Coordination and Compliance

• Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a Food and Beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Food and Beverage service standards is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.

Skills & Competencies

• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
