Role Overview
Food and Beverage Assistant at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. You will support all food and beverage operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events, delivering memorable hospitality experiences to every guest.

Role Purpose
To support food and beverage operations by preparing dining and event service environments, greeting and serving guests with warmth and precision, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality compliance that define the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Greet guests warmly and create welcoming first impressions
- Take and serve guest orders accurately
- Ensure consistently high levels of service across all interactions
Table and Event Preparation
- Set and arrange tables for dining and events with precision
- Fold napkins and place tableware correctly
- Prepare dining and event service areas
Operations Support
- Support all food and beverage operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Compliance and Safety
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Uphold alcohol awareness regulatory standards
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
