Fishing Operation Coordinator

Role Overview

Fishing Operation Coordinator at Saeed Raddad Group. This role serves as the central hub for all well fishing activities, managing mobilization schedules, equipment logistics, permit acquisition, and performance reporting.

Role Purpose

Ensure that technical teams are equipped, trained, and supported while maintaining clear communication between management, warehouses, and field personnel. Act as a link between all stakeholders to guarantee accurate task execution and seamless field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Mobilization & Logistics

• Organize mobilization and demobilization schedules for technical teams and equipment.
• Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure trucks and cranes are available for tool loading and unloading.
• Prepare all necessary permits and official documents for moving equipment between sites.

Equipment & Inventory Management

• Ensure DHT and Fishing tool requests are processed and provided to field teams on time.
• Continuously update daily work logs and equipment status (Ready, In-maintenance, On-site).
• Monitor levels of spare parts and consumables and notify procurement of any shortages.
• Ensure all technical documents (calibration certificates) are updated and attached to the equipment.

Personnel & Compliance

• Ensure all field staff have the required training and security clearances before heading to the site.

Reporting & Communication

• Assist the Operation Manager in preparing daily and weekly performance reports.
• Act as a contact point during operational emergencies to facilitate rapid support to the field.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in well fishing operations.

Skills & Competencies

• High skill in scheduling and ensuring seamless flow of equipment and personnel to sites.
• Ability to act as a link between management, warehouses, and field teams to ensure accurate task execution.
