First Line Manager position at Abbott in the Established Pharmaceuticals division, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose
Lead and mentor a team of 2 or more professionals while promoting and selling the organization's products across multiple channels in a designated territory. Focus on team development, coaching, and coordination of professionals, technical, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise a team of 2 or more professionals.
- Serve as first-level manager of a work team comprising professionals, technical, and/or administrative staff.
- Focus on mentoring, coaching, and coordination of team members.
Sales & Market Development
- Promote and/or sell the organization's products across multiple or non-specified channels in a designated territory.
- Contact specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and/or distributors to drive product sales.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
- At least 4 years' experience in the Saudi pharma market.
- Saudi Nationality.
- Saudi Commission for Health Specialists (SCHS) license.
