Role Purpose
Collect, develop, analyze, coordinate, and direct financial analyses; present results to financial management, operations management, and senior executives to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Data Management
- Deliver accurate, consistent, and timely reporting of financial data in accordance with regional and corporate schedules.
- Own the Business Unit monthly outlooks, quarterly forecasts, and annual plans, including preparation and consolidation of financial information.
- Develop and maintain financial models for monthly outlooks, quarterly forecasts, and annual plans.
Analysis & Variance
- Complete informed variance analysis of actual results and forecast projections against defined comparators.
- Analyze actual expenses and forecasts to identify trends and inform spend management actions.
- Conduct adhoc analysis as required.
Advisory & Communication
- Inform and advise the Commercial Financial Manager of all significant financial matters as they arise.
- Report information so that action may be taken to enhance operating results.
- Explain complex financial information in a clear way to stakeholders.
Capital Planning & Spend
- Assist in the preparation of capital plans and forecasts.
- Administer capital spend requests.
- Prepare financial models to support capital expenditure.
- Oversee capital spending reviews to assess financial performance against assumptions included in the justification.
Financial Calculations
- Calculate annual absorption and burden rates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional accounting qualification: CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in a multinational work environment.
- Experience of management accounting practices.
- Strong forecasting and planning skills covering the full P&L.
- Previous experience with percentage of completion revenue recognition and absorption costing preferred.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Additional Information
- Full-time permanent position.
- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days office, 2 days work from home, Monday to Friday.
