Role Purpose
As a Financial Analyst, you will identify and develop value creation opportunities for various business categories and business partners. You will leverage strong analytical skills to gather insights, translate them into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Value Creation
- Implement small-scale projects and conduct financial analysis to identify value creation opportunities across different business units.
- Translate analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Gather insights from data and develop data-driven strategies.
Business Support & Decision-Making
- Support business development and decision-making processes.
- Monitor financial performance and provide accurate reports.
Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement plans and build the organization.
- Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate analysis into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
