Finance Traineeship (Emiratisation) with Chalhoub Group, a luxury retail group operating across the Middle East and beyond.

Role Purpose
This traineeship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core finance operations within a fast-paced retail environment while building strong analytical and organizational skills through support of key reporting, data consolidation, and month-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Month-End Closing & Reconciliation
- Support the month-end closing process, including reconciliations and data validation
- Help organize and maintain accurate financial data with strong attention to detail
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and consolidated data trackers
- Support financial monitoring and reporting activities using Excel and PowerPoint
Coordination & Administration
- Assist the team with day-to-day finance coordination and ad-hoc reporting tasks
- Contribute to ongoing finance initiatives and process improvements where needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
- Well-organized with the ability to manage tasks efficiently
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn within a team environment
