Finance Technical Support, Analyst

Role Overview

Finance Technical Support Analyst at Masterworks, based at Client Site. This role provides continuous technical assistance to the Finance team to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Role Purpose

To serve as the primary technical enabler for the Finance function, delivering ERP troubleshooting, system administration, and process automation support that keeps finance operations running smoothly and enables the team to work at full capacity.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & System Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for immediate ERP troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Provide continuous technical assistance to the Finance team to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Obtain and maintain admin user access on ERP systems and databases to support Finance requirements internally.
• Resolve Windows OS-related technical issues.

Financial Process Support

• Support identifying and releasing budget reports.
• Support data gathering and releasing budget reports.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and planning activities.

Change Management & Automation

• Manage the lifecycle of Change Requests (CRs), from initial drafting and submission to follow-up and final implementation support.
• Support automation solutions for manual Finance processes.

Tools & Productivity

• Support complex Excel functions and productivity tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5 years of experience in technical support and Finance team enablement.
• Technical support experience within Finance functions.
• Experience providing ERP troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Experience managing Change Requests (CRs) from drafting and submission through implementation support.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and planning activities.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of ERP systems and databases.
• Ability to support Finance requirements through ERP and database administration.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and complex Excel functions.
• Experience resolving Windows OS-related technical issues.
• Ability to support automation solutions for manual Finance processes.
