Key Responsibilities

Field Execution & Supervision

• Lead field execution of coiled tubing operations.
• Monitor real-time operations and provide operational supervision.
• Deliver safe operations to contract standards.

HSE & Compliance

• Ensure HSE excellence across all activities.
• Maintain HSE compliance throughout operations.

Project & Performance Management

• Support contract KPIs.
• Achieve competency requirements upon project mobilization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant Engineering or Science degree or diploma.
• Well intervention and stimulation knowledge.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical expertise in role discipline.
• HSE compliance capability.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Reporting skills.
• English communication.

Additional Information

• IWCF, IADC, H2S and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Role-specific training preferred.
• Customer focus required.
