Role Overview
Field Specialist LWD/DD with Baker Hughes. This is a rotation-based field position providing Logging While Drilling and Directional Drilling solutions at well sites.

Role Purpose
Provide LWD (Logging While Drilling) solutions at well sites while working under general supervision and collaborating closely with the Directional Drilling team. Perform site surveys and monitor surface and formation evaluation services for wells during the drilling process using computers and specialized equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Problem Resolution & Service Delivery
- Provide resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site.
- Manage situations when service delivery issues occur.
Leadership & Mentoring
- Act as a project leader and mentor junior field engineers.
Compliance & Operations
- Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
- Execute other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in field operations.
- University degree in Engineering or Applied Science.
- Excellent experience in directional drilling and logging-while-drilling activities.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work and communicate well with others.
- Ability to relate to well site personnel at all levels and be a dedicated team member.
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
