Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing attentive food and beverage service to guests, creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of efficiency, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their meal experience special.
• Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to help guests and answer their questions with confidence.

Food & Beverage Operations

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Manage the food service station to ensure it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
