Role Purpose

Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance, and business results through strong leadership, operational excellence, and adherence to brand and Food & Beverage standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Satisfaction & Service Delivery

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction across all Food & Beverage operations.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.

Operations & Quality Assurance

• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Ensure only the highest quality products are being served.
• Achieve operational excellence through attention to detail.

Team Leadership & Development

• Develop and maintain a strong team environment.
• Handle daily team member relations.
• Encourage problem-solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

Qualifications & Experience

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operation.

Skills & Competencies

• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.
